I love cheese. Well, not just any cheese. Fine cheese. Artisan cheese. You probably do too, and that's why you're visiting my web site.

I love tasting cheeses from all over the world, and sourcing obscure cheese that you won't find anywhere else. Plus local cheeses that dedicated cheesemakers are producing in bigger or smaller batches. What better way to have these wonderful cheeses than to start a business selling them! Since I was already in the wine business, it just seemed like a perfect fit. And it is.
