All orders made before 4 pm Monday to Friday will be ready for pickup by the following business day. 

These are random cuts from wheels, and can not be exact. Some wheels have already been completely cut up, so will try to find the piece that is closest to the size requested. 

Should the cheese you want be unavailable, we will do our best to substitute the order with a close alternative.
